In connection with the Annual Report of Teekay LNG Partners L.P. (the “Partnership”) on Form 20-F for the year ended December 31, 2019 as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on the date hereof (the “Form 20-F”), the undersigned, who is carrying out the functions of chief financial officer for the Partnership pursuant to a Services Agreement, dated February 1, 2017, among the Partnership, Teekay LNG Operating L.L.C. and Teekay Gas Group Ltd., hereby certifies, pursuant to 18 U.S.C. §1350, as adopted pursuant to §906 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002, that, to his knowledge:
