Dr. Soo has agreed to remain with Vystar/Kiron as Medical Director for the facilities and for other medical director opportunities as the Company expands the Kiron presence in North Carolina. The Company is currently undertaking an audit of Kiron’s financial results for the year ended 2011 and 2012 as well as the 6 months ended June 30, 2013.
