Item 8.01 Other Events.

On February 17, 2021, Conformis, Inc. (the “Company”) received a letter from the Listing Qualifications Department of The Nasdaq Stock Market (“Nasdaq”) notifying the Company that, based on the closing bid price of the Company’s common stock having been at least $1.00 per share on each of the trading days between February 2, 2021 and February 17, 2021, the Company has regained compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2) and the minimum bid price deficiency matter previously disclosed by the Company on April 17, 2020 is now closed.
