Item 8.01 Other Events.
On February 10, 2022, the Company announced that its Board of Directors authorized a quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per share payable on May 31, 2022 to the holders of record of issued and outstanding shares of Common Stock as of the close of business on April 29, 2022. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
