STOCKHOLDERS' EQUITY	The Company is authorized to issue 250,000,000 shares of its $0.001 par value common stock and 10,000,000 shares of Preferred stock. As of October 31, 2018, and July 31, 2018 there were 14,355,645 shares of common stock outstanding. There were also 1,000,000 shares of Series C Preferred stock outstanding as of October 31, 2018, and July 31, 2018. On November 1, 2017, we effected a one-for- four reverse stock split. All share and per share information has been retroactively adjusted to reflect the stock split. On November 7, 2017, the Company designated 1,000,000 shares of Preferred Stock as Series C Preferred stock, par value $0.001 per share (the “Series C Preferred Stock”). Each share of Series C Preferred Stock is convertible into 72.5 common shares and has voting rights based on this ratio. As of October 31, 2018, there were 1,000,000 shares of Preferred C shares issued and outstanding.
