14.Business Concentrations

For the three and nine months ended December 31, 2019, the Company had one domestic carrier and one reseller that accounted for approximately 23% of total operating revenues, respectively.  For the three and nine months ended December 31, 2018, the Company had one domestic carrier that accounted for approximately 21% and 28% of operating revenues, respectively. 

As of December 31, 2019, the Company had one domestic carrier and one reseller that accounted for approximately 87% of total accounts receivable. As of March 31, 2019, the Company had one domestic carrier that accounted for approximately 31% of accounts receivable.
