Employee Benefit Plans	Employee Benefit Plans The Company has no employees. Inergy sponsors a 401(k) plan which is available to all of its employees after meeting certain requirements. The plan permits employees to make contributions up to 75% of their salary, up to statutory limits, which was $17,000 in 2012. The plan provides for matching contributions by Inergy for employees completing one year of service of at least 1000 hours. Aggregate matching contributions allocated to the Company were $0.2 million in fiscal 2012, 2011 and 2010.
