On 3 April 2024 the independent Trustee of the British American Tobacco Group Employee Trust released the following number of British American Tobacco p.l.c. 25p ordinary shares (the “Shares”) granted to the following persons discharging managerial responsibilities under the 2021 Long-Term Incentive Plan.
