The Company provides home health services, hospice services, community-based services, and facility-based services, the latter primarily through long-term acute care hospitals ("LTACHs"). As of December 31, 2017, the Company, through its wholly and majority-owned subsidiaries, equity joint ventures, controlled affiliates, and management agreements, operated 442 service providers in 27 states within the continental United States.
