Subsequent Event	16. Subsequent Event On February 1, 2014, the Company entered into a definitive stock purchase agreement with BioScrip, Inc. to acquire the home health, hospice, and community-based service subsidiaries doing business as Deaconess HomeCare and Elk Valley Health Services for $60 million in cash, subject to post-closing net working capital adjustments. The Company will add 33 locations in five states. The acquisition is expected to close by the end of the first quarter of 2014.
