Subsequent Events [Text Block]	NOTE 17 – SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On October 24, 2011 and October 28, 2011, the Convertible Promissory Note holder converted $8,000 and $5,000 of the outstanding notes into 8,888,889 shares and 3,846,154 shares of the Company’s common stock, respectively, in accordance with the terms of the notes.
