Other Events.

During the period from August 20 through August 22, 2007, in connection with a regular external gaming review, PokerTek, Inc. (the “Company”) was made aware of circumstances raising questions as to whether Christopher Daniels, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, may have inappropriately used the Company’s corporate credit card for personal purchases. On August 23, 2007, the Audit Committee of the Company’s Board of Directors commenced an independent investigation of the historical use of corporate credit cards. Christopher Daniels has been placed on administrative leave pending the results of that investigation.
