The Company’s accounting consultant was unable to get the Company’s financial statement information to the Company’s auditor in time for it to be audited before the filing deadline. The Company anticipates promptly filing the Annual Report as soon as the auditor completes his audit of the financial statements.

The Company anticipates reporting a net loss of approximately $1,800,000 for the year ended December 31, 2007, as compared to a net loss of $580,633 reported for the year ended December 31, 2006.
