PREPAID EXPENSES

NOTE 3 - PREPAID EXPENSES

Prepaid expenses represent the unexpired terms of various consulting agreements and expire through March 2018, as well as advance rental payments.  These consulting agreements were entered into for the issuance of common stock and warrants and were valued based on the stock price or computed warrant value at the time of the respective agreement.
