10.	Common Stock
	a)	Effective April 20, 2012, the Company amended its Articles of Incorporation to increase the authorized number of shares of common stock from 100,000,000 to 200,000,000 shares of common stock, par value of $0.0001 per share.
	b)	On February 29, 2012, the Company issued 1,500,000 common shares with a fair value of $48,750 to a consultant for consulting fees.
