6.	Related Party Transactions
	a)	As at July 31, 2012, the Company owed $446,710 (October 31, 2011 - $405,753) to management and directors for advance of operating funds and services provided on behalf of the Company. The amounts owing are unsecured, non- interest bearing, and due on demand.
	b)	During the nine months ended July 31, 2012, the Company incurred $44,174 (2011 - $nil) of management fees to the Company’s Chief Financial Officer.
