SUMMARY OF RESOLUTIONS TAKEN AT THE 119^th BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING

CPFL Energia informs its shareholders and the market in general that at the 119^th Board of Directors Meeting, held on April 9, 2008, the following matters were resolved:

I. Approval: Election of the President and the Vice-President of the Board of Directors;

II. Approval: Election of the members of the Advisory Committees of the Board of Directors and Commissions;

III. Approval and vote recommendation: Election of the Vice-President of Administration.
