Subsequent Events	11. Subsequent Events On April 23, 2013, the holder of a $53,000 convertible promissory note elected to convert $15,000 in principal in exchange for 433,526 shares of common stock. On April 29, 2013, the Company issued 83,333 common shares in exchange for $5,000 in commissions payable to a third party contractor.
