Subsequent Events	10. Subsequent Events In October 2012, the Company issued 7,735,872 common shares in exchange for $290,000 in principal and $11,700 in accrued interest on two notes payable. In October 2012, the Company signed a $53,000 convertible promissory note with a third party. The note bears interest at 8% per annum and is due on July 18, 2013.
