Due to management’s efforts focused on completing certain transactions subsequent to December 31, 2007 as reflected in the Company’s Form 8-K filings with the Commission and the requirement to consider these transactions in completing its consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2007, such financial statements at this time remain subject to review and further analysis.

Due to management’s efforts focused on completing certain transactions subsequent to December 31, 2007 as reflected in the Company’s Form 8-K filings with the Commission and the requirement to consider these transactions in completing its consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2007, such financial statements at this time remain subject to review and further analysis. As such, the Company cannot make a reasonable estimate of the changes in results of operations from the fiscal year ended December 31, 2006 to the fiscal year ended December 31, 2007 which will be reported in its Annual Report on Form 10-K expected to be filed no later than April 15, 2008.
