Item 8.01 Other Events.

On June 19, 2008, Trubion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. announced that Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, a division of Wyeth (NYSE: WYE), has exercised its option under the terms of its collaboration agreement with Trubion to extend the research term for an additional one year period through December 22, 2009. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
