Item 1.01. Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.
On July 24, 2007, Trubion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (“Borrower”) and Comerica Bank (“Bank”) modified their existing Loan and Security Agreement, dated September 12, 2006, (“Agreement”) by entering into a First Amendment to Loan and Security Agreement (the “First Amendment”). The First Amendment increases the Equipment Line of credit by two million dollars ($2,000,000) for a total credit line of ten million dollars ($10,000,000). Capitalized terms used herein, unless specifically defined, shall have the meanings given to them in the Agreement.
A copy of the First Amendment is attached as Exhibit 10.1 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
