As disclosed in our Proxy Statement on Schedule 14A for our 2007 annual meeting of stockholders, filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 30, 2007, a total of 2,909,047 full value awards have been granted from inception of the 2004 Incentive Award Plan. Of such full value awards, 1,387,660 remain unvested as of December 31, 2006. Full value awards are comprised of restricted stock, long-term incentive units and class C units.
