Subsequent Event	Subsequent Event In the first quarter of 2025, the Company began to implement operational and structural changes, resulting in the realignment of its reporting segments. The new reportable segments will be Insurance, Healthcare and Life Sciences, Banking, Capital Markets and Diversified Industries, and International Growth Markets. Beginning in the first quarter of 2025, the Company will reflect this change in segment presentation in its periodic and annual reports.
