Basis of Presentation	*Basis of Presentation:* The Company’s unaudited consolidated financial statements for the three months ended January 3, 2021 and December 29, 2019 are presented in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America (“GAAP”). The Company believes that the disclosures made are adequate to make the information presented not misleading. The information reflects all adjustments that, in the opinion of management, are necessary for a fair presentation of the financial position and results of operations for the periods set forth herein. In the opinion of management interim results reflect all normal and recurring adjustments, and are not necessarily indicative of the results for a full fiscal year. These unaudited consolidated financial statements should be read in conjunction with the audited consolidated financial statements and notes thereto included in the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended September 27, 2020.
