Basis of Presentation	*Basis of Presentation:* The Company’s unaudited consolidated financial statements for the three months and nine months ended July 2, 2017 and July 3, 2016 are presented in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America (“GAAP”). The Company believes that the disclosures made are adequate to make the information presented not misleading. The information reflects all adjustments that, in the opinion of management, are necessary for a fair presentation of the financial position and results of operations for the periods set forth herein. In the opinion of management interim results reflect all normal and recurring adjustments, and are not necessarily indicative of the results for a full fiscal year. These unaudited consolidated financial statements should be read in conjunction with audited consolidated financial statements and notes thereto included in the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended October 2, 2016.
