In connection with Copano Energy, L.L.C.’s (“Copano”) appointment of James E. Wade as Senior Vice President of Copano and President and Chief Operating Officer of Copano’s Texas operating subsidiaries, R Bruce Northcutt, Copano’s President and Chief Executive Officer, resigned as President of Copano’s Texas operating subsidiaries effective April 5, 2010.

Copano announced Mr. Wade’s appointment in a press release issued on March 31, 2010.  The press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
