RBC Capital Markets Conference

     John R. Eckel, Jr., Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Copano Energy, L.L.C. (“Copano”), will participate in a credit panel discussion at the RBC Capital Markets MLP Conference, to be held November 20-21, 2008 at the Four Seasons Resort and Club in Irving, Texas. The panel discussion will be webcast live on Thursday, November 20, 2008 at 1:35 p.m. Central Time. The webcast will be accessible via Copano’s website (www.copanoenergy.com) and will be archived for replay shortly thereafter.

     A press release announcing Copano’s participation in the conference is furnished with this report as Exhibit 99.1.

     On November 19, 2008, Copano posted to the Investor Relations page of its website its updated investor presentation dated November 2008. A copy of the presentation is furnished with this report as Exhibit 99.2.
