We amortize &lt;/font&gt;&lt;font style="font-family:Times New Roman;font-size:10pt;"&gt;existing intangible assets and any costs incurred to renew or extend the terms of existing&lt;/font&gt;&lt;font style="font-family:Times New Roman;font-size:10pt;"&gt; intangible assets over the contract term or estimated useful life, as applicable.  &lt;/font&gt;&lt;font style="font-family:Times New Roman;font-size:10pt;"&gt;Upon adoption of &lt;/font&gt;&lt;font style="font-family:Times New Roman;font-size:10pt;"&gt;ASC&amp;#160;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;font style="font-family:Times New Roman;font-size:10pt;"&gt;350-30, &lt;/font&gt;&lt;font style="font-family:Times New Roman;font-size:10pt;font-style:italic;"&gt;&amp;#8220;Determination of the Useful Life of Intangible Assets&amp;#8221;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;font style="font-family:Times New Roman;font-size:10pt;"&gt; &lt;/font&gt;&lt;font style="font-family:Times New Roman;font-size:10pt;"&gt;initial costs of acquiring new intangible assets are amortized over the estimated useful life of the related tangible assets.
