Additionally, ASU <font style="white-space: nowrap">2010-06</font> requires greater disaggregation of the assets and liabilities for which fair value measurements are presented and requires expanded disclosure of the valuation techniques and inputs used for Level 2 and Level 3 fair value measurements. We implemented ASU <font style="white-space: nowrap">2010-06</font> as of March 31, 2010.
