SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Cash Dividend On November 6, 2024, the Board of Directors of the Company declared, approved and authorized payment of a quarterly dividend of $7.2 million ($0.12 per share) to all holders of the Company’s issued and outstanding shares of common stock on November 20, 2024, payable on December 4, 2024. SEC Investigation As further described under Note 9 to the condensed consolidated financial statements, and in respect with certain claims made in a report published by a short seller regarding the Company’s compliance with anti-corruption laws, on October 22, 2024, the Company was notified by the staff of the SEC that the SEC has concluded its investigation as to the Company and does not intend to recommend an enforcement action against the Company. The notice was provided under the guidelines set out in the final paragraph of Securities Act Release No. 5310.
