SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Cash Dividend On May 6, 2026, the Board of Directors of the Company declared, approved and authorized payment of a quarterly dividend of $7.5 million ($0.12 per share) to all holders of the Company’s issued and outstanding shares of common stock on May 20, 2026, payable on June 3, 2026. Settlement Agreement As further described under Note 9 to the condensed consolidated financial statements, in March 2026, Engie Resources, LLC and the Company reached a final settlement agreement which was executed and paid in April 2026. The Company accounted for the settlement agreement under ASC 855, and recognized the settlement amount in the first quarter of 2026 under general and administrative expenses.
