Long-term debt

Long-term debt consists of the following:

At July 3, 2011 and December 31, 2010, debt totaling $107 and $122 was classified asheld-for-sale, reported as Rail Services for segment reporting purposes (See Note C, Discontinued and Held-for-Sale Operations).

For the three months ended July 3, 2011 and July 4, 2010, interest expense of $2and $1, respectively and for the six months ended July 3, 2011 and July 4, 2010, interest expense of $4 and $5 was attributable to the Company’s discontinued operations and recorded within Income from Discontinued Operations on theCondensed Consolidated Income Statements.
