¹ On February 28, 2018, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware entered an order confirming the Joint Prepackaged Chapter 11 Plan of Reorganization for the Company and certain of its direct and indirect subsidiaries (the “Plan”). On March 1, 2018, the effective date of the Plan occurred and all of the shares of Common Stock issued and outstanding immediately prior to the effective date of the Plan were cancelled in accordance with the terms of the Plan.
