As of June 30, 2017, total property and equipment, gross, includes $160.4 million related to the Company’s new headquarters at 60 Binney Street in Cambridge, Massachusetts, of which $154.6 million was incurred by the landlord. The majority of the 60 Binney Street building was placed into service during the first quarter of 2017 with the remainder placed into service during the second quarter of 2017. Construction-in-progress as of December 31, 2016 included $126.9 million related to remaining construction costs at 60 Binney Street, of which $120.1 million was incurred by the landlord.
