As of March 31, 2017, total property and equipment, gross, includes $153.2 million related to the Company’s new headquarters at 60 Binney Street in Cambridge, Massachusetts, of which $147.9 million was incurred by the landlord. The majority of the 60 Binney Street building was placed into service during the first quarter of 2017, except for $30.8 million that remains in construction-in-progress as of March 31, 2017 related to two office floors that were subsequently completed and placed into service in April 2017. Construction-in-progress as of December 31, 2016 included $126.9 million related to remaining construction costs at 60 Binney Street, of which $120.1 million was incurred by the landlord.
