Note 12 – Subsequent events

On October 22, 2018, the Company closed the October 2018 Public Offering of 2,220,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $1.45 per share. The Company also granted to the underwriters a 45-day option to acquire an additional 330,751 shares to cover overallotments in connection with the offering.  The offering raised gross proceeds of approximately $3.2 million and net proceeds of approximately $2.8 million.

In connection with the October 2018 Public Offering, the Company terminated the at the market offering.
