Subsequent Event	11. Subsequent Event Subsequent to September 30, 2021 and through the date of this filing, the Company issued and sold 3,818,300 shares of common stock pursuant to the Sales Agreement and received net proceeds of approximately $24.5 million, after deducting fees and expenses. As of the date of this filing, the Company had the ability to offer and sell additional shares of common stock having an aggregate offering price of up to $33.5 million under the prospectus supplement dated August 13, 2021 to the Company’s prospectus dated September 14, 2020 filed in respect of the Sales Agreement.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
