Depreciation expense for the three and six months ended June 30, 2020, was $7 thousand, and $14 thousand, respectively. Depreciation expense for the three and six months ended June 30, 2019, was $10 thousand, and $22 thousand, respectively. Maintenance and repairs are charged to expense as incurred and any additions or improvements are capitalized.
