The annual interest rate is fixed at 6.5% with interest-only payments for the first thirty months, commencing on November 1, 2012, and then equal interest and principal payments over the next fifty-four months, with the final maturity on October 5, 2019. Equal monthly principal payments of approximately $41 became due commencing on May 1, 2015. The fair value of the warrant was determined to be $32 and was recorded as a deferred financing cost and is being amortized to interest expense over a seven-year period commencing in October 2012. Amortization of the deferred financing cost for the six months ended June 30, 2015 was $2 and is included in interest expense in the Company’s consolidated statements of operations. The equipment line of credit is secured by substantially all the assets of the Company, excluding intellectual property. Interest expense related to this loan for the six months ended June 30, 2015 and 2014 was $62 and $63, respectively. Interest expense related to this loan for each of the three month periods ended June 30, 2015 and 2014 was $31 and $32, respectively.
