Subsequent Events	18. Subsequent Events On July 27, 2011, we announced the acquisition of certain assets of Stratos Seating (“Stratos”), a seat supplier to the Australian military, truck and specialty vehicle markets, for total cash consideration of approximately $2.3 million. Stratos is located in Wetherill Park, Sydney, Australia. This acquisition expands our Australian presence in the military and truck markets and enhances our overall product offering with the addition of the unique Stratos suspension system and military seating products.
