Money market funds and restricted money market funds are measured at fair value on a recurring basis using quoted prices and are classified as a Level 1 input.
The Company’s cash and cash equivalents, restricted cash, other current assets, accounts payable, accrued and other liabilities and current portion of term loan approximate their fair values due to their short duration. Based on prevailing market interest rates for instruments with similar characteristics, the carrying values of the term loan and long-term portion of operating lease liability approximate their fair values.
There were no transfers between Levels 1, 2 or 3 during the six months ended June 30, 2019.
