Capital Expenditure

LG Display Co., Ltd. (“LG Display”) is planning to make approximately KRW 1 trillion of capital expenditure to expand the capacity of its sixth-generation TFT-LCD fabrication facility. LG Display is going to advance its internal approval procedure for this capital expenditure, including approval from its board of directors.
