EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PLANS	EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PLANS Spok Holdings, Inc. Savings and Retirement Plan The Company has a savings plan in the U.S. that qualifies qualifies under Section 401(k) of the IRC. Participating U.S. employees may elect to contribute a percentage of their salary, subject to certain limitations. Matching contributions under the savings plan were approximately $1.1 million for each of the years ended December 31, 2017, 2016 and 2015.
