Depreciation, Amortization and Accretion

Depreciation, Amortization and Accretion — The total depreciation, amortization and accretion expenses related primarily to property and equipment, amortizable intangible assets, and asset retirement obligations for the three months ended March 31, 2016 and 2015 and were $3.3 million and $3.7 million, respectively. The consolidated expenses consisted of the following for the periods stated:
