Related Party Transactions	Related Party Transactions — A member of our Board of Directors also served as a director for an entity that leases transmission tower sites to the Company. For the three months ended September 30, 2013 and 2012, we incurred $1.0 million, respectively, and for the nine months ended September 30, 2013 and 2012, we incurred $3.0 million and $3.3 million, respectively, in site rent expenses that were included in service, rental and maintenance expenses.
