SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 3 – SUBSEQUENT EVENTS In accordance with ASC 855, the Company’s management has evaluated the subsequent events through the date the financial statements were issued and has found no subsequent events to report.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued.
