Related Party Transactions	(7) Related Party Transactions As of June 30, 2020 and June 25, 2019, we had six franchise restaurants and one majority-owned company restaurant owned in part by certain officers of the Company. For the 13 week periods ended June 30, 2020 and June 25, 2019, these franchise entities paid us fees of $0.2 million and $0.3 million, respectively. For the 26 week periods ended June 30, 2020 and June 25, 2019, these franchise entities paid us fees of $0.5 million and $0.7 million, respectively. As disclosed in note 6, we are contingently liable on a lease related to one of these franchise restaurants.
