Related Party Transactions	(7) Related Party Transactions As of March 28, 2017 and March 29, 2016, we had 10 franchise restaurants owned in whole or part, by certain of our officers, directors and 5% stockholders of the Company. For both of the 13 week periods ended March 28, 2017 and March 29, 2016, these entities paid us fees of approximately $0.5 million. As disclosed in note 5, we are contingently liable on leases which are related to two of these restaurants.
