Patents	Note 10. Patents The Company has entered into an agreement for certain patents related to the Oscillating Piston Engine (“OPE”) pursuant to which the Company must pay a royalty of $50 per engine on the sale of up to 10,000 OPE, a royalty of $20 per engine on the sale of up to 100,000 OPE, and a royalty of $2 per engine thereafter. As at June 30, 2012, no engines have been sold. The Company has not capitalized any amount related to the patents.
